Goat Sites Founder / Head Stategist & Creative Director
Scott Garrison is a multi-exit entrepreneur and brand strategist who has founded or co-founded more than 20 startups since 1998 across hospitality, retail, music, consumer products, and digital platforms.
Over the past 25 years, Scott has repeatedly identified market gaps, built differentiated brands, scaled operations, and executed successful exits—including Arizona Wireless (acquired 2000), The Library Bar & Grill (acquired 2006 for national expansion), Jack’s Warehouse (acquired 2015), and the furniture retail concepts Phoenix Furniture Outlet and Sofa Shack (acquired 2019). His experience spans product development, go-to-market strategy, omnichannel retail, manufacturing partnerships, and brand-led growth.
From 2012 to 2019, Scott served as Founder and CEO of Future Brands, an omnichannel retail development company focused on scaling brick-and-mortar and e-commerce furniture concepts nationwide. The company specialized in vertically integrated product development, private-label manufacturing partnerships, branding, and retail expansion.
In 2020, he founded Goat Sites, a performance-driven brand and growth agency built to deliver enterprise-level execution without traditional agency inefficiencies. The firm focuses on authority positioning, conversion architecture, and revenue systems for scaling companies.
In 2021, Scott launched Aprés Ski Vodka, a premium lifestyle-driven spirits brand built around bold branding and strategic market positioning. He also leads Nestling Collective, an Austin-based venture incubator focused on early-stage concept development and launch.
Scott is based in Austin, Texas, where he continues to build, invest in, and advise growth-oriented businesses with an emphasis on brand leverage, operational discipline, and scalable revenue models.
